NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Wise Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of soliciting public comment on the 2024 Water and Sewer Ordinance for the Town of Wise. When the public hearing is opened, anyone wishing to address the council on this proposed 2024 Water and Sewer Ordinance may speak.  The 2024 proposed ordinance is a re-write of Ordinance No. 13, 1998 Water and Sewer Ordinance incorporating previous amendments and Virginia Code updates into the ordinance.  The full text of the proposed 2024 Water and Sewer Ordinance may be viewed in the office of the Town Manager during regular business hours.
